The Astrological Globe
A large globe with astrological names and symbols adorning the outer ring - one of the first exhibits in the entrance hall of the tour. Along with a flying Ford Anglia, as you do...!
Scored 18/20 in the BCC POTY 2014 Round 2 - Signs of the Zodiac.
A Flying Ford Anglia
The car from The Chamber Of Secrets hangs in the entrance hall of the Studio Tour.
Cast and Entrance
The way into the exhibition, framed with the giant cast portraits.
One of the large pictures showing the young Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) from the first film.
A shot from Harry from the final film promo - what a difference 10 years makes!
Another before and after shot - Hermione in the first film...
...and 10 years later.
The first set you see is the Cupboard Under the Stairs - it might look small but it was fully functional and worked, even with the stairs.
Standing either side of the doors into the Great Hall are many suits of armour.
The Great Hall
A view down one of the long tables set for the banquet in the Great Hall. Costumes are plentiful from many of the characters all around the Great Hall.
Goblets and Jugs
Close-up of the strange pig-headed jug on the table with the plates.
Candles dripping wax and a large golden owl form Dumbledore's lectern with a mannequin of Dumbledore and his costume behind.
The contraption which manages the house points sits in the great hall - very intricate details throughout but not in a good position to photograph unfortunately.
The Great Table
The other table on display in the Great Hall with more costumes and a large fireplace amongst the other details in this very permanent stone-built set.
The costumes of Professors Flitwick, Moody, Trelawney, McGonagall, Dumbledore, Snape as well as Hagrid and Caretaker Filch are displayed at the top of the Great Hall.
The walls of the Great Halls are adorned with these lanterns, each representing a different house. This was obviously Gryffindor.
Small glass bottles and glasses form an intricate castle from the Yule Ball.
The detail on this crystal castle is incredible - all the more so given that it was probably used in the film for less than a minute.
Just a few of the many Proclamations hung on a wall by Professor Umbridge during the Order of the Phoenix.
The Gryffindor Dormitory
High up in Gryffindor Tower is the boys dormitory with its four-poster beds and grate used for heating socks by the look of it in the centre of the room!
The Astrological Clock
The pendulum swings on the clock at the end of the hall - this clock stands easily 20ft tall.
The entrance to Dumbledore's lofty office is protected by this Griffin who rises up to reveal the stairs.
The Gryffindor Common Room
Squishy armchairs and the stairs to the dormitories visible in this shot of the common room, along with costumes - including Harry and Ron's Christmas jumpers up high.
The Headmaster's Office
One of the costumes worn by Dumbledore is presented on a mannequin by his desk, and at the top of the stairs you can just make out the Dumbledore of the late Richard Harris remembered too.
The Potions Dungeon
One of the many sets in the Warner Bros Studio Tour, the potions dungeon is brimming with bottles of weird ingredients and cauldrons busily stirring themselves.
Hagrid's Higgledy-Piggledy Hut
The set of Hagrid's Hut is just full of props and items, as well as some insane lighting - loved this little part of the tour.
The Chamber of Secrets
The door into the Chamber of Secrets from the second film.
The many-layered trunk of Professor Moody's with its intricate locks and levels.
The Burrow Kitchen
The set for the Burrow along with a variety of the costumes worn by the Weasleys.
Professor Umbridge's Office in the Ministry of Magic. Lots of pink, lots of fluffy cats, but still exudes evil.
Crush the Muggles
The bottom of the MAGIC IS MIGHT monument which was in the atrium of the Ministry of Magic during the final Harry Potter films, when the Ministry was run by Voldemort.
Magic is Might
The chilling obelisk in the atrium of the Ministry of Magic in the final Harry Potter movies.
The Death Eaters
A Death Eater stands in the row of costumes worn by Voldemort's band of merry evil-doers.
Voldemort and his Supporters
Voldemort is flanked by Bellatrix Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy.
Invites for Harry to attend Hogwarts were aplenty - especially when they were kept from him in the first film.
Jelly Beans...with a difference
Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans...and they do mean EVERY flavour.
"The constipation sensation that's gripping the nation". Great details on props which will barely be seen on screen.
Two houses from Privet Drive, one rather more complete looking than the other.
Subtle and understated it wasn't, this was to be the place that Voldemort was reborn in the fourth book.
