The Astrological Globe
A large globe with astrological names and symbols adorning the outer ring - one of the first exhibits in the entrance hall of the tour. Along with a flying Ford Anglia, as you do...!
Scored 18/20 in the BCC POTY 2014 Round 2 - Signs of the Zodiac.
A Flying Ford Anglia
The car from The Chamber Of Secrets hangs in the entrance hall of the Studio Tour.
Cast and Entrance
The way into the exhibition, framed with the giant cast portraits.
One of the large pictures showing the young Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) from the first film.
A shot from Harry from the final film promo - what a difference 10 years makes!
Another before and after shot - Hermione in the first film...
...and 10 years later.
The first set you see is the Cupboard Under the Stairs - it might look small but it was fully functional and worked, even with the stairs.
Standing either side of the doors into the Great Hall are many suits of armour.
The Great Hall
A view down one of the long tables set for the banquet in the Great Hall. Costumes are plentiful from many of the characters all around the Great Hall.
Goblets and Jugs
Close-up of the strange pig-headed jug on the table with the plates.
Candles dripping wax and a large golden owl form Dumbledore's lectern with a mannequin of Dumbledore and his costume behind.
The contraption which manages the house points sits in the great hall - very intricate details throughout but not in a good position to photograph unfortunately.
The Great Table
The other table on display in the Great Hall with more costumes and a large fireplace amongst the other details in this very permanent stone-built set.
The costumes of Professors Flitwick, Moody, Trelawney, McGonagall, Dumbledore, Snape as well as Hagrid and Caretaker Filch are displayed at the top of the Great Hall.
The walls of the Great Halls are adorned with these lanterns, each representing a different house. This was obviously Gryffindor.
Small glass bottles and glasses form an intricate castle from the Yule Ball.
The detail on this crystal castle is incredible - all the more so given that it was probably used in the film for less than a minute.
Just a few of the many Proclamations hung on a wall by Professor Umbridge during the Order of the Phoenix.
The Gryffindor Dormitory
High up in Gryffindor Tower is the boys dormitory with its four-poster beds and grate used for heating socks by the look of it in the centre of the room!
The Astrological Clock
The pendulum swings on the clock at the end of the hall - this clock stands easily 20ft tall.
